We want you to feel confident trying Cruxprep. If a paid plan is not right for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What is covered

• You can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the order date, for any reason.
• The refund is returned to the original payment method.
• After a refund is issued, your Pro access ends and your account reverts to the free experience.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Cruxprep orders.

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order and request a refund directly.
• Or reply to any Cruxprep account email and we will help you start the refund.

Outside the 30-day window

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the Subscription page in your account. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
